Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The location was superb, right by the Charles River, and not far from Harvard Square. Our room, although located above the reception desk, was spacious and had a comfy bed plus a large TV. The service was top-notch, especially from Jonathan and Berrio, who were extremely helpful and accommodating. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of ala carte items, but the breakfast could have been better. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff made our stay hassle-free.
